🏥 NHSC APPLICATION NOTICE

Journey of Self Discovery, LLC has applied to participate in the National Health Service Corps program. 

Upon approval, federal program clinical services will be available to residents of designated Health 

Professional Shortage Areas in DeKalb County and will include sliding fee discounts based on family
